JULY. 2026 wave

Flags are rippling or waving, to America, what a republic, can we keep our life and freedoms given to us by the one and only, true God of creation, I believe we can especially when we serve Him and others.  

    Thank a veteran, see a parade, smile at a child, and feel the joy in your heart swell and ripple outward. 

As MLKsaid “ it’s a good day to pray for our nation. “

   Like the (raspberry 🥀 or strawberry 🍓 ) moon, we borrow our light and it ripples or spreads out before us like waves from the tide washing back to sea or like soap bubbles a child blows out through a wand. Thank the Lord for all His blessings and His spirit and then pass it on. 

Step

Summer calls us to step outside into the world of nature and see God’s amazing cre. Summer gives a fresh new look at adventure. It inspires us to be courageous and follow the path less traveled ( Robert frost )

The hundred days of summer is upon us. Take a walk , a hike to a waterfall, or just look around and see where one step takes you.   Watch your step… and don’t forget to look up too.

Make it an adventure, a treasure hunt, or just a walk to praise our Lord and savior. 

This year imagine or remember our forefathers like Washington who fought for God-given freedoms, for liberty, our beliefs, and this God inspired nation , building our Republic. Celebrate the nation 250th anniversary. With each step we can be grateful to make the next one a little better. Each step is a fresh new possibility.

A faith step:  close your eyes take three deep breaths and focus on Jesus. Or 

Sit quietly and say “this is the day the Lord has made we will rejoice and be glad in it”

Walk and look 

Summer calls us to step outside into the world of nature and see God’s amazing creation. Summer gives a fresh new look at adventure. It inspires us to be courageous and follow the path less traveled. (ie, Robert Frost)

   The hundred days of summer has begun. Take a walk, a hike to a waterfall, or just look around: what do you see in one step?  Make it an adventure, a treasure hunt, or just a walk to praise our Lord and savior. 

   This year imagine or remember our forefathers like Washington who had to fight for liberty, our beliefs and our rights from God to build this Republic. Maybe build a fort or play with sticks and stones, cherish all they did for us as a nation. Celebrate the 250 th anniversary and be grateful enough to make wherever you are just a little bit better just one step better by attitude or effort. 

As a shepherd or a steward of the land we’re going to try to make each step a fresh new possibility. Love and light to all. 

   If outside in the evening, memorize this note, “your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” and thank the stars or moon for sparkling. 

A faith story:  God told Abram to look up to the sky. He told Abram that he would have as many descendants as the stars in the sky and changed his name to Abraham (father of many nations).
